Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 4 rolls, old one
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • Parsley, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • Clarified butter, for frying
  • Maggi

Instructions

  1. Soak the rolls in water. Cut the onions into small cubes.
  2. Put the minced meat, softened rolls (express well!), Onions, eggs, parsley in a bowl and knead well. Season everything well with salt, pepper and Maggi (don`t laugh, that`s the kicker).
  3. Heat the clarified butter in the pan, shape the meatballs (not too high) and fry for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. The recipe came to me from my grandma to my mother. My mother and I once did meatball competitions. The jury was my father. My mother braised the onions, I didn`t. My father didn`t think twice about it and made my meatballs explains to the better what brought him such a really insulted and poisonous look from my mother.
