  • 30 g butter
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 3 peppercorns
  • 1 pinch (s) allspice

Instructions

  1. Remove the outer leaves and the stalk from the cabbage. Cut the cabbage into small pieces. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the cabbage and lightly brown. Add the sugar and let it brown for a minute.
  2. Add the meat stock, season with the specified ingredients and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Season to taste with salt.
