Ingredients
- 2 small onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons sugar, brown
- 400 ml tomatoes, passed
- 400 ml cola
- 400 ml whiskey
- 40 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 120 ml balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 dash soy sauce
- 1 dash Tabasco
- salt and pepper

- Briefly fry the onions and garlic in oil, then briefly fry the sugar, then add all the other ingredients and let the sauce cook for about 40 minutes.
- Filled in jars with boiling hot water, the sauce will keep for several weeks.
