- 150 g ketchup, (curry ketchup)
- 1 tablespoon apricot jam, without pieces
- 1 tablespoon jelly, (apple jelly)
- 1 tablespoon honey, liquid
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard, medium hot
- curry powder
- salt and pepper
- sugar
