Ingredients

  • 80 g buckwheat flour
  • 20 g coconut flour
  • 180 ml milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the buckwheat flour and coconut flour through a sieve. Add eggs, milk, honey and a pinch of salt. Mix with a hand mixer.
  2. Grease a large, non-stick pan 18 cm in diameter with butter. Bake the pancakes at medium temperature. After each pancake you have to grease the pan again. The batter is enough for 5 pancakes.
  3. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup.
