- 180 ml coconut milk
- 80 g couscous
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar or vanilla sugar, possibly
- 1 teaspoon rum, possibly
- 1 banana (s)

- Bring the coconut milk to the boil, remove from the heat and stir in the couscous. Let it steep for a few minutes.
- In the meantime, peel the banana and cut into small pieces. Stir the banana, cinnamon and - if you like - sugar and rum into the couscous and enjoy warm.
