- 0.5 tablespoon ½ low-fat quark (low-fat curd cheese)
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ bran (oat bran)
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon sweetener, powder
- 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s), scraped out
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 drops olive oil

- Mix together lean curd, oat bran and egg. Depending on the phase, 2 tablespoons of curd and 2 tablespoons of oat bran can also be added to an egg. Add the sweetener, cinnamon and the pulp of the vanilla pod and stir to a uniform batter.
- Brush a coated pan with a little oil on a paper towel or brush and fry the pancakes on both sides over medium heat.
