Sweet Pepper, Cucumber & Greens Vegetable Smoothie

Ingredients
Sweet red pepper – 1 pc.
Cucumber – 1 pc.
Fresh parsley – a bunch
Water – 100 ml
Sunflower seeds – for decoration
Directions
Wash vegetables and parsley.
Free the sweet pepper from seeds and partitions. Cut arbitrarily.
Peel the fresh cucumber and cut it into slices. Tear off the leaves of the parsley.
Grind the cucumber with parsley in a blender, adding 50 ml of water.
Wash the blender bowl. Grind the bell peppers in a blender, adding the other half of the water (50 ml). The mass should not be too liquid, so less water may be needed. It depends on the juiciness of the vegetables.
Pour the smoothie into a glass in layers. First, a layer of crushed red pepper.
Then gently pour in a layer of cucumber puree, being careful not to mix the layers.
When serving, sprinkle with seeds and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
