- 500 g sweet potato (s)
- 500 g Hokkaido pumpkin (se)
- 150 g potato (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- Vegetable broth
- 1 can coconut milk, reduced fat
- curry
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Maggi, optional

- Peel the sweet potato and cut into cubes. Divide the pumpkin (the skin does not have to be removed) and also cut into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
- Peel and chop the onion and sweat in the oil until translucent. Add sweet potatoes, pumpkin and potatoes and fry briefly. Deglaze with coconut milk and fill up with vegetable stock until the vegetables are covered. Bring to a boil and cook until soft.
- When the vegetables are soft, remove them from the heat and puree the soup finely. If it is too thick, add the vegetable stock.
- Season to taste with curry, nutmeg, salt and pepper and optionally serve with Maggi.
