  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 400 g round beef
  • oil
  • 20 g tomato paste
  • salt and pepper

  • 200 ml cream
  • cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and boil salted water for about 15-20 minutes, then cut them into slices. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and crush the clove of garlic. Finely chop the parsley.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a little oil, add the onion and garlic and season with tomato paste, salt and pepper. Mix in the chopped parsley.
  3. Whisk the eggs with the cream in a bowl.
  4. Layer half of the potato slices in a baking dish, distribute the mince on top and finish with the remaining potato slices. Pour the egg milk over it. Sprinkle the cheese over the casserole.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 35 minutes. Serve immediately.
