Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 medium potato (s)
  • 2 large carrot (s)
  • 1 ½ stick leek
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons salt, (Hawaiian salt)
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 liter water

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and cut sweet potatoes, potatoes, carrots, leeks and garlic. Put everything together with the chilli flakes and the salt in a saucepan. Add 1.5 liters of water and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Add turmeric, curry powder and coconut milk and puree everything with a hand blender until creamy.
