Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ turnip (s)
- 1 sweet potato (s)
- 1 carrot (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
- some ginger, grated
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil (preferably sesame oil)
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s), red, chopped
- 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- salt and pepper
- curry powder or curry paste
- 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped
- Orange (n) or pineapple

- Peel the turnip, sweet potato and carrot and cut into fine slices. Cut the onion into fine rings.
- Mix a salad dressing with the remaining ingredients, pour over the raw vegetables and let it steep for a while.
- If desired, add some more fruit, e.g. half a diced orange or some pineapple.
