Instructions

  1. Boil small potatoes, let cool and peel lukewarm. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the potatoes until crispy.
  2. Gradually add the sugar and let it caramelize while shaking the pan. Finally add a piece of butter and let it froth up briefly.
