• 1 cup cream - substitute
• 1 cup yogurt, skimmed milk or sour cream
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch (s) pepper
• Sweetener / sugar
• parsley

Instructions

1. Beat the vinegar and oil well until a milky mass is formed. Then add the cream with the yoghurt (sour cream) and stir well. Add salt and pepper.
2. Now stir in the liquid sweetener (or normal sugar) depending on your taste.
3. It depends on how sweet you want the sauce. Finally add the parsley.
4. It goes well with lettuce or iceberg lettuce.
