  • 80 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g butter or mararine
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Make a yeast dough from the ingredients. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Then knead the dough again and divide it into small balls about the size of a chicken egg. Shape each dough ball into a long strand and wrap it around the tip of a stick.
  2. Press the dough on again with your hand. Hold the stick over the embers of a wood fire and bake evenly.
