Cocktail cherry tomatoes are perfect for a snack – the perfect recipe for an aperitif. They can even be stuffed with a sweet filling: soft ricotta cheese, prunes, parsley, honey and walnuts to create a new amazing taste of a familiar dish.
Ingredients
Cherry tomatoes (large) – 100 g
Soft ricotta cheese – 50 g
Prunes – 80 g
Honey (flower, liquid) – 20 ml
Parsley – 12 g
Walnut – 30 g
Directions
Roast the nuts in a skillet for 3 to 6 minutes.
Cut prunes into cubes, finely chop the parsley – combine, add crushed walnuts.
Add the ricotta curd cheese, stir gently, the cheese should not melt too much.
We fill the mass with honey (you can leave it aside for a while, or put it in the refrigerator).
Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the middle with a spoon or knife. The stalk can not be removed, in cherry it is soft.
In each half, we spread a dressing of prunes, nuts, parsley, honey, and cheese with a small slide.
Decorate sweet stuffed cherry with crushed nuts, just sprinkle it over the appetizer.
We serve stuffed cherry to the table, chilling for 10 minutes.
