Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 300 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 150 g hazelnuts, round
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (s) clove (s), ground
  • 400 g zucchini, (peeled and pitted)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 0.5 ½ point baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix butter (room temperature) and sugar, add salt, eggs, nuts, clove powder and cinnamon. Mix. Peel and core the zucchini and cut into small ones! Cut into cubes. Sieve the flour and baking powder and mix everything well. Put in a well-greased cake tin and bake for about 60 minutes at 180 degrees.
  2. This cake is very easy to freeze.
