  • 2 bunch Swiss chard stalks
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, crushed
  • 4 tablespoon sesame paste (tahini)
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon mint, dried

Instructions

  1. 1 kg of chard stalks, not the leaves, are boiled in plenty of salted water until soft.
  2. Take the stems out of the water and mash them. Mix with the remaining ingredients and serve with flatbread. You can use the mint to decorate or stir it in.
