Ingredients

  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 500 g minced meat, beef or mixed
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 400 g ribbon noodles, wide
  • salt
  • Pepper, black, freshly ground
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the onion into cubes, fry it with the minced meat in a large pan (I like it crispy) and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Strain the cooked noodles and add them to the pan with the minced meat. Fry them together in the pan for another 5 minutes.
  4. Depending on your preference, you can put more or less sour cream on the plate.
  5. A green salad tastes good as a side dish.
  6. I got the recipe from my mother, who once ate it in Switzerland. We have called them Swiss noodles ever since.
