- 200 g Emmentaler
- 100 g pickled cucumber (s)
- 2 onions)
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoons brandy vinegar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper, white
