Ingredients

  • 1 packet smoked salmon
  • 1 small Glass salmon schnitzel (saithe schnitzel), for the color
  • 3 packs cream cheese
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 bunch dill, fresh (do not use dried)
  • Lemon juice, a few big splashes it
  • a lot pepper
  • a bit salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and set aside a few strips for decoration. Wash and pluck the dill.
  2. Put the cream cheese, crème fraiche and saithe schnitzel (do not drain) in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Then add the smoked salmon pieces, dill and a few (strong) splashes of lemon juice and mix again with the mixer. Season the dip with plenty of pepper and a little salt.
  3. Fill into the serving bowl and serve garnished with the remaining salmon strips and sprigs of dill.
  4. Simply serve baguette with it.
