Ingredients

  • 100 ml tahini (sesame paste)
  • 125 ml water, hot
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, finely grated
  • 50 ml sesame oil
  • 500 g Chinese e noodles or spahetti
  • 1 cucumber (s), cut into fine julienne strips
  • 1 carrot (s), also cut into fine strips
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s), cut into rings
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the tahini with the water and soy sauce to make a dressing. Add the lemon juice, garlic, ginger and sesame oil.
  2. Meanwhile cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and drain. Then mix with the vegetables and sesame dressing.
