T-bone Pork Chop

A good chop for lunch is tasty, satisfying and simple. Best of all, of course, meat is prepared by men, but I would venture to suggest my favorite recipe.

Cook: 20 mins

Serving: 4

Ingredients

  • Pork (loin on the bone) – 400 g
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Bread crumbs – 70 g
  • Flour – 30 g
  • Vegetable oil – 60 g
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. The pork chop products are in front of you.
  2. How to cook pork chops on the bone: Wash the
    meat, dry it, cut into portions by bone.
  3. Beat the meat with a kitchen hammer, but not too thinly. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip the meat in flour first.
  5. Then in a beaten egg.
  6. And then in breadcrumbs.
  7. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Place the chop in hot oil. Fry pork chops over medium heat, until golden brown, about 1 minute.
  8. Then turn over and sauté the pork chops on the other side for 1 minute.
  9. The pork chop on the bone is ready. Serve the chop warm with vegetables or your favorite side dish.
