Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle in the vegetable stock until al dente.
  2. In the meantime, peel and dice the onions, dice the Leberkäse (or sausages), peel and finely chop the garlic. Melt some butter in the pan, then fry the meatloaf until golden brown. Gradually add the ham, then the onions and garlic. Always stir everything diligently. Then add the cream to the pan and bring to the boil over low heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. But be careful, the ham already has a certain salt content!
  3. Drain and drain the pasta. Add to the pan and mix everything well.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
