Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, then drain.
  2. In the meantime, peel off the skin of the salmon and remove any middle bones. Cut the salmon into 2 cm pieces. Briefly marinate the salmon pieces with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cut the smoked salmon into fine strips.
  3. Finely dice the spring onion and sauté in the butter and oil over a moderate heat. Add the cream and dill and reduce a little over a moderate heat. Add the salmon pieces and heat them only briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the smoked salmon and let it heat up briefly.
  4. Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve the dish immediately. Decorate with small dill bunches if necessary.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
