Ingredients
- 200 g ribbon noodles
- 250 g salmon, fresher
- 1 large spring onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 250 ml sweet cream
- 2 tablespoon dill, chopped, frozen goods - or 1/ bunch freshly chopped
- 1 slice (s) salmon, smoked (ensure good quality!)
- 20 g butter
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper, from the mill

- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, then drain.
- In the meantime, peel off the skin of the salmon and remove any middle bones. Cut the salmon into 2 cm pieces. Briefly marinate the salmon pieces with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cut the smoked salmon into fine strips.
- Finely dice the spring onion and sauté in the butter and oil over a moderate heat. Add the cream and dill and reduce a little over a moderate heat. Add the salmon pieces and heat them only briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the smoked salmon and let it heat up briefly.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve the dish immediately. Decorate with small dill bunches if necessary.
