Ingredients
- 300 g pasta, fresh taliatelle
- 200 g suar snap peas
- 250 g shrimp (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 1 cup cream
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan, at will!
- Paprika powder
- chervil
- possibly broth or white wine

- Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente and set aside!
- For the sauce:
- Sauté the shrimp, peeled, with the chopped garlic and the finely chopped peas in a pan, free of fat. Add the halved tomatoes and deglaze with the cream, simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Now season to taste with the spices, if necessary refine it with a little broth or a dash of white wine!
- Just before serving, add the noodles to the pan and stir. Season everything again!
- Now serve the tagliatelle nicely garnished with parmesan to the guests!
