Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta, fresh taliatelle
  • 200 g suar snap peas
  • 250 g shrimp (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan, at will!
  • Paprika powder
  • chervil
  • possibly broth or white wine

Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente and set aside!
  2. For the sauce:
  3. Sauté the shrimp, peeled, with the chopped garlic and the finely chopped peas in a pan, free of fat. Add the halved tomatoes and deglaze with the cream, simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Now season to taste with the spices, if necessary refine it with a little broth or a dash of white wine!
  4. Just before serving, add the noodles to the pan and stir. Season everything again!
  5. Now serve the tagliatelle nicely garnished with parmesan to the guests!
