Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli and 125 ml cookin stock
  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
  • 50 g mararine
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 200 g cream
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli into florets, cut the stems into slices.
  2. Bring 1 liter of salted water to the boil, cook the broccoli for 7-10 minutes, drain and rinse immediately with cold water.
  3. Clean, wash and dice a bunch of spring onions.
  4. Heat margarine and sauté onions until translucent. Sprinkle the flour on top, stir. Stir in the cream and broccoli broth.
  5. Dice the ham and add to the sauce with the broccoli. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
  6. Cook the tagliatelle in 1 1/2 l salted water according to the package instructions, drain and add to the sauce.
