Instructions

  1. First cook the pasta in salted water as usual, but take it out of the saucepan about 1 - 2 minutes before al dente. While the pasta is cooking, you can sauté the broccoli in a large pan with a little oil and sugar, if necessary with a little garlic. Before the broccoli gets too soft, add the vegetable stock and sweet cream.
  2. Let it simmer a little and then add the processed cheese and then the pre-cooked pasta. Let simmer for another 2 minutes and that`s it! Instead of the vegetable broth, you can also use white wine, depending on your taste.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
