Ingredients

  • 2 cans mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 1 bottle cream
  • 250 g bacon, diced
  • 3 tablespoon cream cheese or creme fraiche
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 shot white wine
  • some olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • Garlic, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Fry the diced bacon and diced onions in a saucepan with a little olive oil, add the mushrooms, add the chopped garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with a dash of white wine and cream. Stir in the cream cheese / creme fraiche.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta.
  3. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little chilli. Stir in sugar. Let it thicken a little.
  4. Arrange the pasta and pour the sauce over it.
