- 200 g taliatelle
- 200 g cherry tomato (s)
- 250 ml tomato (s), passed
- 80 g rocket
- 1 small onion (s)
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- Parmesan, grated

- Chop the onions into small pieces, quarter the cherry tomatoes and wash the rocket. Cook the pasta in salted water to taste.
- Meanwhile, heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the onion in it. When the onion pieces are translucent, add the tomatoes and let simmer, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. After a few minutes add the cherry tomatoes and leave on the stove until the noodles are cooked through, seasoning if necessary.
- Finally, add the sauce to the pasta in the saucepan and mix with the rocket. Sprinkle with parmesan if you like before serving.
