Ingredients

  • 250 g salmon fillet (s)
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cream
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 200 g ribbon noodles
  • Water (salt water)
  • some parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Dry the salmon fillet with kitchen paper and cut into 2 cm cubes. Finely dice the shallots, halve the garlic cloves lengthways. Add plenty of salted water for the pasta.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan, sweat the shallots and the garlic pieces until translucent, add the salmon cubes and fry briefly while stirring. Pour in the cream and quickly reduce a little over high heat.
  3. In the meantime, cook the ribbon noodles al dente according to the instructions on the package and bite sample. Fish (and discard) the garlic pieces from the sauce. Season the sauce with salt and pepper (from the mill).
  4. Drain the cooked pasta, drain briefly and mix with the sauce. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
