Ingredients

  • 125 g ribbon noodles
  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • white wine, dry
  • 100 ml cream, or cremefine
  • Dill
  • Sea salt, from the mill
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • some butter
  • some olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water.
  2. Cut the onions and garlic into small pieces and fry them in a little olive oil, then add the smoked salmon and fry for 2 minutes, deglazing with a dash of white wine. Reduce a little, then add the cream and dill, season with salt and pepper and bring to the boil briefly.
  3. Toss the ribbon noodles in a little butter and mix with the sauce.
