Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 300 g creamed spinach
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • salt and pepper
  • some nutmeg
  • 275 g ribbon noodles
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

  1. Thaw the creamed spinach in the microwave or let it thaw a few hours before preparation. Melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic diced or finely pressed. As soon as it is golden brown, add the spinach and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Then stir in the crème fraîche and mascarpone. Season everything with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Simmer on the lowest level until the noodles are ready.
  3. Cook the ribbon noodles in salted water as usual. Then mix the pasta with the sauce, divide between two plates and serve.
