Ingredients

  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • Vegetable broth
  • 2 teaspoons crème fraîche or creme legere
  • Tomato (s), happened
  • oil
  • Parmesan
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta normally.
  2. For the sauce: cut the zucchini into thin slices, sauté in a little oil with the finely chopped mushrooms, shallots and garlic.
  3. Pour in a little broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Then creme legere and tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the sauce over the pasta and parmesan.
