Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons sesame paste (tahini)
  • 2 pinches salt
  • some pepper as needed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon juice
  • 6 sprigs parsley, alternatively also dried

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt and sesame paste in a bowl with a spoon. Then season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Finally stir in finely chopped or dried parsley.
  2. Suitable as a dip with carrots, peppers or celery sticks.
