Ingredients

  • 250 ml crème fraîche, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoon sesame paste (tahini or tahini)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, tasteless
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ soy sauce
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar or a little honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped garlic in the vegetable oil for about 30 minutes, then add the sesame paste (tahini) and soy sauce. Mix the room-warm crème fraiche with the lemon juice and add to the sesame mixture. Season to taste with the spices and store in a cool place until eaten.
  2. Tip: You can refine this spread with herbs or replace lemon juice with lime juice to give it a special touch.
