Ingredients

  • 750 g potato (s)
  • 1 jar cucumber (s) salad, Danish
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 50 g onion (s), diced
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and cook until cooked. Let cool down.
  2. In the meantime, mix the sour cream with the onions, the mustard (more if you like) and the drained cucumber salad.
  3. When the potato slices have cooled down, mix them into the sauce and let them steep for about 1 hour at room temperature.
  4. Note: If you don`t have a Danish cucumber salad, you can also use pickled cucumbers.
  5. Tastes good with cold meatballs and is a salad for barbecues.
