Ingredients
Cucumbers – 500 g
Sour milk – 900 ml
Garlic – 4 g
Parsley – 5 g
Dill – 10 g
Ground walnuts – 30 g (3 tablespoon. L.)
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon.
Water – 400 ml
Ice cubes – 5 pcs.
How to make a tarator:
Directions
Peel the cucumbers and cut them into small cubes.
Finely chop the dill and parsley, chop the garlic.
Add salt, pepper, garlic, herbs to a bowl with curdled milk.
Grind the walnuts in a blender. Add 3 tablespoon. tablespoons of walnuts and mix.
Add water with ice cubes and mix thoroughly.
Put 4-5 tablespoons on a serving plate. tablespoons of chopped cucumbers and pour prepared yogurt.
Sprinkle with grated nuts on top and garnish with cucumber or herbs. The tarator is ready.
