Ingredients

  • 1 large egg (s)
  • 150 ml sunflower oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard, medium hot
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 5 ½ teaspoons tarragon, dried

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except the tarragon in a tall mug. Put in the hand blender and mix until you have a mayonnaise. Do not move the blender when doing this.
  2. Then mix 5 1/2 teaspoons of dried tarragon into the mayonnaise.
