Ingredients

  • 1 pack dough (puff pastry), from the refrigerated shelf
  • 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 6 m. Tomato (s), ripe
  • 1 onion (s), white
  • salt and pepper
  • Cheese (Emmentaler or Gruyère), grated
  • fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (hot air 160 ° C). Line a tart pan with the puff pastry, prick several times with a fork. Then brush the dough with mustard. Cut the tomatoes into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices and cover the bottom of the pan with them. Cut the onion into thin rings, place on the tomatoes, then season with salt and pepper. Finally sprinkle with cheese. Cook in the oven for approx. 20-25 minutes. The cheese should flow easily and the edge should be golden brown and crispy. Tastes warm and cold too!
