  • 1 half leek stick (s), cut into rings

Instructions

  1. Brush the dough with the hollandaise. Now cover with the asparagus, potato slices, leek and radishes. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
