Ingredients

  • 250 ml tea, strong black
  • 125 ml orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon sugar (rock candy), preferably brown
  • some cinnamon, whole
  • 2 carnation (s)
  • 4 cl rum, brown (quantity variable, depending on taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat the orange juice together with the sugar and the spices (do not let it boil!). Pour in the hot tea, stir until the sugar has dissolved well. Strain and finally add the rum.
