Ingredients

  • 300 g beef, turkey, chicken, rabbit or lamb meat
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce, possibly teriyaki soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoon vermouth, dry
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the meat well and pat dry.
  2. Chop or grate the ginger and garlic. Add the maple syrup, soy sauce and oil and mix with the vermouth.
  3. Now put in the meat so that it is completely covered with the marinade and let it rest for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight.
  4. Drain the meat and cook in the oven, in the pan or on the grill. If necessary, brush with the remaining marinade.
  5. Then, depending on your taste, season with salt and pepper and serve with rice, fried noodles or baked potatoes.
