Ingredients

  • 75 g peas, cooked
  • 2 avocado (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), green or white
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), red
  • 250 g beans (cow beans, black-eyed beans), cooked
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 lime (s)
  • 1 coriander
  • 80 ml vinegar, lighter
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • Herbs, Italian, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • 80 g honey

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado, onions, tomatoes and lime into small pieces and mix well with the beans, peas, corn and coriander in a suitable bowl.
  2. Then in a saucepan, bring the vinegar with oil, herbs, honey, salt and pepper to a boil over medium heat, stirring, and then allow to cool.
  3. Now bring everything together, mix well again and then, tightly closed, refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve with chips to dip on. Excellent for grilling.
