Ingredients

  • 1 dash Tabasco
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, hot pink
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, ground black

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a saucepan, bring to a boil and let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat.
  2. Pour the cooled meat over the meat, which should sit in it for 2 to 3 hours. If you like the taste more intense, you can marinate it overnight.
  3. Use for beef and pork.
