  • 1 eggplant (s)
  • 5 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or grated
  • 1 pinch herbs from Provence
  • Oil, for the baking dish

Instructions

  1. Cut the washed aubergine into about 3 cm thick slices and cut out a small indentation on a cut surface, lightly salt and let it steep.
  2. In the meantime, mix all ingredients except the aubergine into a mixture and pour into the wells.
  3. Brush the baking dish with plenty of oil and insert the bites.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes at 200 °.
