Ingredients
- 1 eggplant (s)
- 5 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or grated
- 1 pinch herbs from Provence
- Oil, for the baking dish

- Cut the washed aubergine into about 3 cm thick slices and cut out a small indentation on a cut surface, lightly salt and let it steep.
- In the meantime, mix all ingredients except the aubergine into a mixture and pour into the wells.
- Brush the baking dish with plenty of oil and insert the bites.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes at 200 °.
