  • 1 large onion (s), cut into thin wedges
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter or lard
  • salt
  • Pepper, Parisian
  • Black cumin, to taste
  • Garlic, to taste
  • 4 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Remove the stalks from the washed peppers, remove the white ribs and the stone, then halve and cut into slightly wider strips.
  2. Put the onions in hot clarified butter in a pan, add the paprika strips and fry until they are firm to the bite. Mix in the salt and spices
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl, whisk, season with salt and pepper, pour over the peppers and let set. Don`t forget to stir.
  4. Tomato salad goes well with it.
