Ingredients

  • 500 g rump steak (s)
  • 100 g onion (s)
  • 100 g tomato (s)
  • 50 g sprin onion (s)
  • 50 g chilli pepper (s), cut into rins
  • 100 g cucumber (s), pitted
  • 4 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce

For the marinade:

  • Sugar, brown
  • soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • pepper
  • Garlic, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the meat for 2 hours.
  2. Fry for about 4 minutes on each side and then leave to cool. Cut the onions and cucumber into strips, cut the spring onions into rings, quarter the tomatoes. Cut the meat into strips. Mix all ingredients, season with lime juice, fish sauce and sugar.
