Ingredients

  • 350 g pork, lean, e.. schnitzel
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 onion (s), small, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), freed from the seeds and sliced
  • 2 tomato (s), cut into wedges
  • 115 g pineapple, freshly cut into small cubes
  • 2 spring onions, cut into short pieces
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork into very fine, thin strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or pan. Fry the garlic in it over medium heat until golden brown. Add the meat and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, then mix in the onion. Season with fish sauce, sugar, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  3. Add bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, pineapple and spring onions, stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. Cooked jasmine rice goes well with it.
